Born and raised in Cork and currently living in Dublin. In 2012, unfulfilled with my career path, I stumbled across the Soar Foundation. The following 8 years involved road-tripping nationwide delivering emotional resilience workshops with over 10,000 young people nationwide. What I witnessed in schools struck a chord that still rings loud to this day.
As we emerge into a 'new world', leaders are re-imagining the culture they want to cultivate for their people. I aim to use my knowledge and skills to create meaningful experiences where people can unite, align and prosper.
I believe that groups hold a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, and promise. To unlock this potential, I use a person-centered approach that puts participants at the heart of the experience. Through open dialogue and thoughtful reflection, we can uncover valuable insights and create a nurturing environment. I adapt my facilitation style to each unique group, drawing from various methodologies such as positive psychology, sports psychology, CBT, Compassionate Inquiry, PDMS, and the Hero's Journey.

I work with small to multinational workplaces, as well as sporting setups. The aim of the programs are to build healthy, connected environments where teams can perform to their potential.
