Bringing together leaders from across the globe is not easy. For us as a remote-first organisation, face-to-face 'Together Days' are crucial. Ronan played a pivotal role in making our leadership offsite a real success.

From the outset, Ronan invested time in understanding what we wanted to achieve, challenging our thinking where needed and drawing on his experience to help shape a day that delivered real value. His facilitation style was exceptional. He had complete control of the room without ever dominating it. Instead, he created an environment where people felt comfortable contributing openly, listening deeply, and connecting authentically.

"I was fortunate to meet Ronan 3 years ago. Ronan was introduced to the Dublin Senior Football team in 2019. It was an extremely important year as the team were chasing history by becoming the first team to win 5 All Irelands in a row. Over the past number of years, H&MV Engineering has had the pleasure of working closely with Ronan Conway across a wide range of team and leadership development initiatives. "Ronan facilitated a ‘Team Connection’ workshop with our Women’s U17 Drogheda United team. We were hoping for a team bonding experience but we were blown away at how brilliant the workshop went. Ronan helped the team to open up with each other about their motivations, ambition and goals, to help them have a better understanding of each other and a shared vision as a team. The impact that was made that evening has been visible in our football performances and we can see a real togetherness in our team ever since. Ronan showed a great ability in helping the girls to open up and he created a safe, comfortable environment for them to be able to do so.
