People will work hard for a salary. They will work harder for a goal. But they will give everything for a purpose they genuinely believe in and share with the people around them. Building shared purpose is one of the most powerful levers available to any team leader, and one of the most underused.
Ronan facilitates workshops in Dublin and across Ireland that help teams uncover and articulate their shared purpose. The sessions go beyond mission statements and value posters. They create the kind of honest, human conversations that surface what each person is really fighting for, and weave those individual motivations into something the whole group can get behind.
The work draws on years of experience with corporate teams and elite sports squads, including the Dublin footballers in their historic 5-in-a-row run. Sessions run two to three hours and suit leadership teams, project teams and full departments.
