





High-performance leadership teams are not built in offsites and away days alone. They are built when senior leaders learn to have the conversations they have been avoiding, trust each other enough to disagree well, and align behind a vision that is bigger than any one of them.
Ronan facilitates programmes designed specifically for senior and executive leadership teams. The work focuses on building the trust, psychological safety and shared purpose that distinguish high-performance leadership teams from groups of talented individuals. Sessions surface the real dynamics in the room and give the team the tools to keep doing this work after Ronan has left.
Programmes are typically delivered over three to five half-day sessions across three to six months. The approach has been refined through years working with leadership teams at Clúid Housing, Google Dublin and other organisations across Ireland.
