People do not leave companies. They leave environments. And environments are shaped, more than anything else, by the leaders within them. The Luminary Leadership programme is built for CEOs, senior managers and leadership teams who want to develop the human side of how they lead.
Across three to five half-day sessions, this leadership development programme explores what it actually takes to create psychologically safe, engaging team cultures. The work covers emotional intelligence, self-awareness, authentic leadership, alignment between personal and company values, and the skills to hold meaningful conversations with the people they lead.
Groups leave with a clearer sense of how to lead, a stronger connection to their own values, and a network of fellow leaders inside the organisation they can lean on. The programme has been delivered with leadership teams across a range of industries in Ireland, including Clúid Housing and Google Dublin.
