Bringing together leaders from across the globe is not easy. For us as a remote-first organisation, face-to-face 'Together Days' are crucial. Ronan played a pivotal role in making our leadership offsite a real success.

From the outset, Ronan invested time in understanding what we wanted to achieve, challenging our thinking where needed and drawing on his experience to help shape a day that delivered real value. His facilitation style was exceptional. He had complete control of the room without ever dominating it. Instead, he created an environment where people felt comfortable contributing openly, listening deeply, and connecting authentically.
