The team connection workshop is the heart of what Ronan does. It's a facilitated experience, not a presentation, and the people in the room are the ones who drive it. Over two to three hours, colleagues move past the usual surface-level interaction and into the kind of honest conversation that rarely happens in the run of a normal working week: what they're actually carrying, what they need from each other, and what they're genuinely working toward together.
That connection is not a nice-to-have. It's the foundation everything else on a team is built on. Teams that are genuinely connected communicate more openly, trust each other enough to disagree well, and recover from setbacks faster. Teams that aren't stay polite, guarded and a little slower than they should be. The workshop is designed to close that gap deliberately, creating the psychological safety and shared understanding that let a group of individuals start operating as a real team.
Delivered in Dublin and across Ireland, in person or online, the workshop has been described by participants from Google Dublin, Clúid Housing and a range of elite sports teams as unlike anything they'd experienced before. It works as a standalone session, as the centrepiece of an offsite or away day, or as the opening move in a longer team development programme. It suits newly formed teams, long-standing teams that have drifted, and high-performing teams that want to go deeper.
