





The transition from busy office spaces to remote and hybrid work happened in the blink of an eye. The technology kept pace, but the human side did not. Many teams are now technically connected through chat, video and email, while feeling further apart than ever from the people they work with every day.
The Sync-In programme exists to close that gap. It is a series of facilitated workshop experiences, designed to build workplace team connection, belonging and shared purpose. Sessions can be delivered as a single workshop or as a three-part programme over three to six months, with each session running two to three hours.
