Most workplace wellbeing initiatives focus on the symptoms. Yoga sessions, meditation apps, fruit bowls in the kitchen. They are well-intentioned, but they rarely shift the dial on how people actually feel at work. The research is clear: the biggest driver of wellbeing at work is the quality of relationships and the sense of belonging within the team.
Ronan's workplace wellbeing workshops focus on those human foundations. Through facilitated sessions, teams build stronger connections with each other, develop the language to talk about what is really going on, and create the kind of environment where people can bring more of themselves to work. The approach is grounded in research and refined through years working with corporate teams and elite sports groups.
Sessions run two to three hours and can stand alone or sit within a longer programme. They work for senior leadership teams, intact departments and cross-functional groups across all industries.
