Psychological Safety in Sports Teams
Creating a dressing room where players can speak up, take risks and own their mistakes.

Psychological Safety in Sports Teams
in Ireland
The best teams are not the ones where nobody makes mistakes. They are the ones where players feel safe enough to put their hand up, ask the awkward question and say what they really think. Psychological safety in sports teams is what allows honest feedback, quick learning and brave decisions on the pitch.
Ronan facilitates sessions that help players, coaches and backroom staff build that safety deliberately. Through guided conversations and carefully held group work, the squad learns how to challenge each other without fear, support each other through setbacks and keep standards high without losing trust.
The work draws on years of experience with Ireland Rugby, Leinster, Liverpool FC, the Dublin footballers and many grassroots clubs. Sessions are tailored to where the team is in its season, from pre-season camps to the pressure of the run-in.
