The Leadership
Programme

Equipping leaders with the emotional intelligence, self-awareness and tools to build teams where people thrive.

Safety starts with the leader

Amy Edmondson's research is blunt: leaders' behaviour is the biggest factor in whether a team feels safe enough to speak up, contribute and grow. Yet McKinsey found only 26% of leaders create psychological safety for their teams. This programme closes that gap.

Built for leaders at every level

  • CEOs and senior leadership teams
  • Mid-tier managers stepping into bigger roles
  • Leadership cohorts who want to grow together, not alone

How the programme runs

A small cohort meeting in person over six months, with 1-1 support from Ronan between sessions.

  1. Form a cohort

5 to 15 leaders: small enough for honest conversation.

  2. Meet in person

    3 to 5 half-day sessions together.

  3. Practice in between

Spaced over 6 months, so each session is put into practice with your team.

  4. Get 1-1 support

Check-ins available for individuals between sessions.

Questions leaders ask

Do you coach leaders 1-1?

Yes, confidential 1-1 engagements work well alongside the team's development.

Can this run alongside a team programme?

Yes. Leaders learning while their teams develop is the strongest combination.

How long does the programme run?

Three to five in-person half-day sessions, spaced over six months, so there's time to put each session into practice with your team before the next.

How many leaders take part in a cohort?

Between 5 and 15. Small enough for honest conversation, big enough to build a trusted peer network that lasts beyond the programme.
