Team Bonding for GAA Teams

Going beyond the usual team-building day to build real connection between players.

GAA teams are built on community, parish and pride. But a squad that trains together three nights a week can still be a group of players who barely know each other beyond the pitch. Real team bonding is about understanding what each player is carrying and what they are playing for.

Ronan facilitates team bonding sessions for club and county GAA teams that go deeper than a night out or an activity day. Through guided conversations and shared reflection, players learn each other's stories, build trust across age groups and positions, and leave with a stronger sense of what the jersey means to the group.

The approach has been shaped by years of work with the Dublin footballers, Ireland Rugby, Leinster, Liverpool FC and many grassroots clubs. Sessions fit around the training calendar, whether for a pre-season camp or ahead of championship.
