Ronan works with players, coaches and committee members to surface what matters most to the group and turn it into shared standards people actually live by. The sessions are practical and personal, built around honest conversation rather than slogans on a wall.
Drawing on work with Ireland Rugby, Leinster, Liverpool FC, the Dublin footballers and many grassroots clubs across Ireland, each workshop is shaped around the club's own story, its season and the people in the room.
